Our coffee is specialty coffee, which means our coffee beans are top graded. We focus on fair trade, small farm and small lot coffees, which allows us to bring some of the best coffees in the world to our customers at an accessible price point.  

Specialty coffee is more than just coffee, it is like fine wines. Each origin, region, and even farm brings its unique imprint to the bean. Roasting is part science and part art.  Our goal is to develop the best roast profile for each bean, each season, to garner the best flavor profile on offer.  The passion we have for each bag of bean is evident in our roasted coffee, and our enthusiastic staff.  We love coffee and we love talking about coffee - it is a magical bean in our view.
